Our lab is equipped to measure the effects of changes in product design as the products are developed. We can help you to assure safety, quality and compliance.
We work with multiple clients and respect confidentially.
Mr. Leshner has been a licensed Professional Engineer since 1978. As Director of Research & Development at Ohmeda Critical Care (now a division of GE Healthcare) he supervised the development of infant care equipment such as incubators and infant beds.
He became involved in infant breathing measurements in the context of forensic investigations in infant death cases, starting in 2009. During the past 14 years he has advanced the science of carbon dioxide rebreathing measurement, equipment and protocols. He collaborates with experts in this field worldwide to advance infant product safety.
Our laboratory is equipped to perform engineering measurements involving flow, pressure, gas analysis and the effects of alternative material properties on product performance. These measurement capabilities are used by manufacturers to optimize the safety performance of their products.
